9. Refund/Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to purchases of our premium practice test packages.
(A) Refund for Unsatisfactory Service: We may issue refunds in exceptional cases where demonstrably unsatisfactory service (due to significant technical issues) prevents use of the purchased practice test package. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with evidence of the technical problem. Refunds are at our sole discretion.
(B) No Refunds for Other Reasons: We do not issue refunds due to changes of mind, lack of sufficient expertise to use the tests, or dissatisfaction with test results.
(C) Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your premium subscription at any time. However, refunds are only provided in accordance with clause (A) above. You must cancel your auto-renewal at least 5 days before the renewal date to prevent charges.
(D) Chargebacks: We strictly prohibit chargebacks. Address any payment issues with us directly before contacting your payment provider.
10. Resolution of Conflicts
We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unsuccessful, disputes will be governed by Florida law and resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
